Xgl merged into xorg server tree branch

Well I've carried on the work Eric started and merged over the latest Xgl code from davidr and Novell from the xserver tree into the xorg tree and got the GLX code into shape to use the new GLX dispatch tables that we have in Xorg.

The code lives on the xgl-0-0-1 branch of the xorg xserver tree, and I'll slowly start pushing pieces of it back into the xorg mainline tree as they get reviewed by people and cleaned up.

There is a lot of hacks and again unless you can fix mistakes yourself there is little point in asking me, this code still isn't exactly ready for prime-time and I'm not supporting it so unless you supply a patch with your question there is a good chance I'll ignore it for now :-)
