LCA so far so good...

Well I thought I'd overcommitted myself at LCA this year but it has all gone surprisingly well....

On Monday evening I did a show and tell at the Embedded miniconf with some of the boards that Stargames uses in its product, it was just 6 pictures and I just winged it...

On Tuesday, myself and Matthew Wilcox ran the Kernel miniconf, which worked out really well, and we had Linus and Andrew in the audience which was something I hadn't expected. We got the balance between newbies and deep hacker quite well, with some VM and Itanium ppl talking... We had a show and tell with an N800 and PS3, we had a panel of kernel maintainers and finished up with a suspend to RAM workshop, where we actually live debugged a couple of peoples suspend/resume problems. We even had to change rooms at lunch time as we were so popular..

Today I gave my nouveau project talk, slides are http://www.skynet.ie/~airlied/talks/lca07/nouveau.odp. It went really well, Gia came to see me talk which was really nice. The talk went very well with Ben Skeggs showing glxgears running at the end on his laptop..

So now I can lay back and drink...
