git trees push requested and ATI driver superpatch status

Okay I've requested Linus pull my intelfb and drm trees for 2.6.19-rc1. The should be all okay, intelfb tree has been sitting around in -mm for a good while, and the -mm + main drm repo picked up a few bugs in the code I had originally queue, all of which were fixed.

Alex Deucher (one of the other ATI maintainers) has had a large patchset known lovingly as the "superpatch" sitting for entry into the ATI driver, however is was very very intrusive but it was very necessary and allowed mapping outputs to controllers something we need if we are to support Randr++, so I took it upon myself to merge it in chunks that were git manageable so if someone regresses they can use git bisect to narrow down the changes...

I had one issue with it, but I had configured MonitorLayout "TMDS,CRT" on my Radeon M7 development board, however that was forcing it badly, removing the monitorlayout allowed the detect code to do a much better job...
